  1. Have you ever been to a beach? Where did you go? If you have never been to a beach, where would you like to go?
  2. Why do Adèle and Simon need to shout to hear each other while on the beach? As indicated in the description of the page, the children are pictured in one of the windiest areas of the United States.
  3. Are all beaches located along the ocean? (Many larger lakes have beaches as well.)
